The fall issue of T E News was an exciting project to work on. It was devoted to the topic of Entertaiment. This word is derived from the Medieval Latin intertenere, and the Indo-European root ten, meaning “stretch.”

According to Oliver and Barstsch (2010), Entertaiment can be described as an activity understood objectively, which entails communication between text and audience from an external stimulus, offers pleasure, requires an audience to exist, and occurs in a passive form.
